BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of sales experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
2+ years of experience in account/portfolio management, sales/sales promotions, advertising, etc.
Bachelor's degree required
Passion for e-commerce is required
Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metric-driven.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
The ability to speak the local language is desirable
Working knowledge of MS Excel and SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
Experience with e-commerce/retail (fashion), advertising, or media would be an advantage.
Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.
Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education.
Postgraduate Degree (MBA) in a business discipline
