Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Dy. Manager (Boiler Operation Engineer) :

Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg)/AMIE in Chemical Engineering /Chemical Technology.

Candidates having BCE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certificate essential.

08 years post-professional qualification Executive experience.

Engineer (Chemical in production depth ) :

Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 03 years post qualification executive experience in line in a PSU / a large Private Sector Chemical Industry.

Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries.

Engineer (Electrical) :

Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electrical with minimum 03 years post qualification experience in line in a PSU/Large Private Sector.

Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in the fertilizer / Chemical Industry.

Engineer :

Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in any discipline. or

MBA/PG Degree /Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 03 years post qualification executive experience.

Dy. Manager (HR): Full-time MBA/Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum Two years duration in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Labour & Social welfare from a recognized University/Institute having minimum 08 years post professional qualification executive experience.

Officer (HR): Full-time MBA / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum Two years duration in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Labour & Social welfare from a recognized University/ Institute having minimum 03 years post professional qualification executive experience.

Hindi Officer :

Master’s Degree in Hindi, at Graduation level English as a core subject from a recognized University with minimum 03 years experience of terminological work/translation work/teaching/research /journalism in Hindi.

Should have a thorough knowledge of the Official Language Act.

Jr. Executive (Finance): Graduate with C.A.(Inter)/CMA(Inter) having 03 years of experience.

Selection Process of BVFCL Recruitment 2023  :

The selection process includes CBT/Interviews.

Selection of Junior Executive (Finance) shall be on the basis of a Computer Based Test (Test).

All other positions mentioned having experience shall be through Personal interviews.

Application Fees :

Rs 200/- for the “UR”, “OBC” and “EWS” candidates.

SC/ST/PwBD /Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
