Selection Process of Cantonment Board Notification 2023 :
The selection process includes a Written test/Skill test.
The written test will be 120 marks on the subject of Objective Type Questions having a duration of 120 minutes.
Answers to the questions will have to be marked on the OMR Answer sheet.
The questions for the written test will be set in bilingual, i.e. Hindi & English.
Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (negative marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
There are four alternatives for the answers to every question.
There will be no interview for the Post.
General intelligence and reasoning will include both verbal and non–verbal reasoning.
General awareness will include history, culture, geography, economic science, General polity, Indian Constitution, Current Affairs, etc.
Numerical aptitude will test the knowledge of arithmetical concepts and their use in finding the solution to real–life problems.
English Comprehension will test the candidate’s ability to understand correct English, his basic comprehension and writing ability, etc.
Skill tests will be conducted for qualifying nature only.
The date, time & venue will be intimated on the website.
Candidates are required to visit the website regularly to check the time schedule for the written test.
Issuing of Appointment letter of shortlisted candidates will be issued after approval of higher Authorities.
The final selection of the candidate is subject to the medical fitness certificate to be issued by the Govt Hospital, Nasirabad (Raj.), and police verification from respective police authorities.

Application Fees :
Rs. 300/- (non-refundable).
SC/ST, Ex-Serviceman, widow/divorced/judicially separated women candidate, PH candidate, transgender and departmental candidates are excepted.

The exact date of the Written Test will also be updated on the website.
Written and Skill Tests shall be held at Ajmer.
All the applicants are required to be present well in advance at least 1 hour before the commencement of the Examination/ Skill test on the date & venue.
Any delay in presence will be marked as absent.
The last date for receipt of the application will be 30 days after the publication date in Employment Newspaper.
For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti District and Pangi (Sub–Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh), Andaman Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands are given Two weeks extra time to submit the application.
