BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

o 5 years of operating in a leadership role either directly managing a team or matrix managing resources

o 5 years working with senior company leaders as clients or internally

o At least 5 years’ experience driving large-scale enterprise data center projects.

o Fundamental understanding of Data Center IT Infrastructure

o Vendor/contractor management

o PMP experience.

o BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related engineering degrees as well as five (5) years of related experience in professional Environments. Exhibit ability to acquire hard data across technical organizations, and assemble and maintain hard data metrics to communicate, project, and evaluate outcomes.

o Project management, organization, and problem-solving skills with a drive for results and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

o Experience in developing operational optimization plans based on data analysis.

o Experience with the use and programming of software in building management systems (Schneider, Siemens, Tridium, Trend preferred).

o Experience with the use and programming of electrical power monitoring systems (Schneider, Eaton preferred).

o Knowledge of Data Center Facilities Infrastructure and operation (PDU, UPS, Generators, etc…)

o Must be able to operate with little to no supervision and still deliver the right results.

o Drive for results in Project management, organization and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

o Skilled in written and verbal communication.

o Proficiency in computer applications such as SQL, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

o PMI or other project management experience and certifications.
