Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager-Urban Reginal Planner:

Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning/ Industrial Area Planning and management/ Environmental Planning/ Infrastructure Planning from a recognized university

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of working experience post qualification in Urban/ Infrastructure/ Industrial Area planning and developments

Involved in preparation of Development/ Master Plan, Micro Planning i.e. T.P. Scheme, Plan Approval Process and have hands-on ability to manage working drawings

Skills:

Should have an understanding of Development plans and General Development Control Regulations (GDCR)

Should have understanding of large-scale development and city-wide infrastructure development

Should have experience in at least one large scale development with an area more than 10 sqkm

Must have working experience in GIS and BIM Technology

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams of professionals

Good analytical ability

Must have skills to coordinate with the various GoG departments and consultants.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Must have the capacity to understand, speak, and write of Gujarat Language

Assistant Manager- Mechanical & Electrical:

Candidate should possess a B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical /Mechanical/ Mechatronics

Candidate having M.E./ M. Tech in Electrical /Mechanical/ Mechatronics would be preferable

Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience post qualification in Electrical and Mechanical implementation & operations including smart city components.

Skills: 

Management of Electrical and Mechanical components of completed Projects and to be implemented projects in phases.

Management of inventories and records of all electrical and Mechanical equipment of respective projects for implementation of smoothened operation and maintenance at the city level

Monitor and maintain all electrical and mechanical infrastructure, tracking availability and uptime and reporting of potential risks. In-depth working experience in SCADA, DCS (Distribution Control Station), BMS (Building Management System), electro-mechanical items and field instrumentation, control valves, and transmitters including maintenance.

Must have very good exposure in underground and overhead HT & LT

Must have skills to coordinate with the power DISCOMs, various GoG and GO! departments, contractors and consultants.

Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good analytical ability. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Junior Manager(Civil):

Graduate in Civil Engineering

Post-graduate degree in Geotechnical/Transportation/Construction Management would be preferable

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of working experience after graduation in planning & construction of projects of one or more of the following: Road and services Projects, Earth filling, River Bunding/Training and slope protection of canals

Experience working with EPC contracts would be an added advantage

Skills:

Knowledge of road design will be added advantage

Knowledge of various Quality tests for construction material

Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Must have skills to coordinate with the various GoG departments and consultants.

Good analytical ability

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
