BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 15 years plus experience in a world-class technology company selling and managing a sales software, hardware, or services company.
• Rich and diverse background of Enterprise sales management
• Five plus years experience in the public sector (e.g., government and/or education) market direct business.
• Has grown an established business, ideally in a new market segment demonstrating year-over-year new business growth.
• • Demonstrated leadership and high judgment in managing growth and diversity in a fast-expanding, cross-functional organization.
• Experience successfully partnering with and communicating effectively at the CxO level on long-term, highly strategic programs
• Proven track record of executing large, highly technical strategic co-development and partnership engagements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as business acumen in determining the strategic vision and running a complex technical business
• People/sales management direct experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 15+ years of direct field experience in working with enterprise public sector accounts developing and executing strategies using multiple types of resources (Professional, Solutions Architects, Training, Partners)
• Background of delivering organizational transformation in support of digital technology and business outcomes
• Blend of experience across multi-verticals, ideally Healthcare, Education and Local Government businesses as well as a demonstrated ability to operate in an
entrepreneurial, agile environment
• Very high energy level with a positive disposition. A self-starter who is customer focused.
• Ability to execute performance through self-motivation and with minimum supervision.
• Proven ability to initiate action, manage change, make high impact decisions, and complete challenging assignments.
• Ability to multi-task and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, common sense, initiative, collaboration, and creativity.
• Ability to exercise authority appropriately and effectively.
