Responsibilities

 The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of the full lifecycle of banking/financial services/insurance value chain transformation. Additionally, we are looking for people with the experience and skills in developing business relationships at all levels, including leading and working in teams to deliver great work.  The successful candidate shall possess:

• Overall experience of 2-6 years, with at-least 1-3 years of experience of working in strategy/consulting/transformation team in Banking / Financial Services or consulting firms

• Must be MBA/PGDM graduate from top institution in India/Abroad 

• Hands-on experience working in a leading bank operation for 2-3 years are a good to have skill

• Exposure in areas such as Business strategy, operational excellence, performance benchmarking & improvement, customer experience and Omni channel design, IT transformation, Cost optimization, Digital strategy, Change Management for large financial sector players will be added advantages 

• Experience in banking products and services such as Digital Banking, Retail banking, Corporate banking, Payments, Cards, Trade Finance, Wealth management, Treasury, Corporate Finance, CRM & Loyalty, Channels, Treasury, Credit Risk and AML & Fraud analytics, Risk & Regulatory compliance (any one or more)

• Good consulting skills and knowledge of financial industries processes & best practices

• Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels and processes and exposure to global best practices and trends desired

• Exposure to latest digital banking solutions and  Core banking solutions such as Finacle will be added advantage

• Be part of team that lead complex transformation projects through the full lifecycle of banking/financial services value chain

• Communicating complex concepts and solutions in a compelling and straightforward way, yet underpinned by a strong grasp of the detail 

• Contributing to the profile and reputation of Finacle Consulting Group through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers and conference speeches 

• Drive next generation banking thought leadership, contribute to building business strategy/ value led propositions, accelerated solution design capabilities for banking transformation engagements to deliver faster projects.
