BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience
• MBA Degree from a reputed institute with relevant Accounts Payable experience of 12+ years.
• Exposure to process improvement/quality control tools and methods. Monitor quality as per requirements of the quality audit process and audit quality targets in sync with Ops Leaders.
• Knowledge in financial systems, even if not end to end, the candidate must understand the upstream and downstream of the Account Payable network.
• Experience in understanding metrics and developing them, as required.
• Working knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word and MS Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes
• Communicate and take the lead role in identifying Gaps in process areas and work with all stakeholders to resolve the gaps
• Good written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong Customer focus (both Internal / External)
• Expertise in Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (Preferred)
• Experience using Oracle Financial Applications
• Knowledge in financial systems, even if not end to end, the candidate must understand the upstream and downstream of the Account Payable network.
