Educational Qualification:
Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Instrumentation):
B.E / B.Tech (Instrumentation) from government recognized university,
Experience:
The candidate should have experience of 2- 5 years in plant maintenance-related activity which includes:
Calibration of field instrument. ( Control valve, transmitter, Pressure switch, RTD, TC, etc.), Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance of field instruments, Loop Checking, Wiring drawing preparation and checking from field to C/R & MMC to C/R, Analytical instrument calibration & maintenance which includes PH, Redox, Gas sensors, analyzers, etc.
Carrying out Statutory maintenance Activities like weigh bridge calibration/ testing etc.
Execution of shutdown jobs incl. material planning, PLC & DCS know how to diagnose faults in the field & control room.
Supervision of maintenance activities, Co-ordination of work and safety permits, Prepared material issues, Raised PR/Indent, reviewed and maintained spares.
