Note: This drive is only for Diploma students. Engineering students should not register for this drive.
Eligible Batch: 2023 batch (already passed out students in June / July 2023)
Tentative duration of internship/training/probation period: 1 year, Extension based on performance
Job profile & Responsibilities:
Operating Engineer on Computerized Numerical Machines like HMC Boring, Duplex Boring & VMC Machine. With below activities
Maintaining daily Production Reports, Machine Check List, Job Check sheets, maintaining housekeeping and cleanliness of the machine and surroundings.
Preparing the tool and insert consumption, analysis of dimensional correction of parts.
Maintaining Preventive Maintenance of Machines, Power packs, and fixtures.
To achieve production targets by achieving the production norms with smooth production flow.
Make effective utilization of machines and better productivity.
Develop machining techniques, follow the standard procedures and follow the machine tool data.
Maintaining in EMS and safety awareness
Work as a team and participate in TPM, QMS, EHS, and KAIZEN competitions
Follow the QMS standards of ISO 9001 & compliance with audit requirements.
Achieving the multi-tasking of operating on each machine.
Making the Cost Saving Project in the machining field and giving the Presentation.
Suggestion and implementation of KIAZEN (small improvements) projects in the area.
Training in the Selection of Cutting Tools and Cutters.
