Roles & Responsibilities:

The role will manage the technology development needs of their assigned platform/module/application

The bank currently uses multiple platforms/applications to cater to our diverse banking needs across units; and you will be responsible for the technical delivery of the ones assigned to you

Understand the functional and nonfunctional requirements, specifications and drive the story development by working with the team members

Some prevalent technologies and concepts within the Tech team’s work are – golang, microservices, data engineering, API, Kubernetes, DevOps, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Terraform, SaaS/IaaS platforms

Ensure program milestones are achieved in the given timelines to avoid misalignment

Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of engineers, business analysts, delivery managers and vendors

The success of this role is to ensure product evolution and include your features to ongoing releases.

Recruitment Process : 

The challenge format consists of 10 MCQs and 2 Programming Questions based on DS and Algo

When you complete the challenge successfully and get shortlisted, the Top listed candidates move one step closer to an opportunity to join IDFC FIRST Bank

After a student gets shortlisted, the Top 150 students who are interested in exploring opportunities at IDFC FIRST Bank will be called for interview. Interview will be conducted virtually; invitations will be sent separately on email.

Candidate interviews will be taken by Technology Leaders of IDFC FIRST Bank and HR manager.

Students who get through the interview process will be extended a formal offer to join IDFC FIRST Bank.
