Research Associate :

Ph.D. in Biotechnology. OR

Master’s degree in Biotechnology/ Applied Genetics with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree.

Work experience in CRISPR/Cas9, genome editing, gene cloning & vector construction. RT-PCR sgRNA synthesis and validation, edit characterization.

3 years of experience in CRISPR/Cas9.

Project Name: Molecular diagnosis, characterization, and discovery of seed transmission mechanism of Yellow mosaic disease in ridge gourd (Luffa acutangula).

Junior Research Fellow :

Post Graduation in Plant Pathology (Plant Virology)/Plant Biotechnology/Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Horticulture/Plant Bio-Chemistry/General Biotechnology/Agri.-Entomology with NET qualification.

PG/Ph.D. specialization in Plant Pathology (Plant Virology) with knowledge of Molecular Diagnostics of Plant Viruses, Bio-informatics, and Transcriptome Data analysis.

Molecular plant virology techniques and Bioinformatics, transcriptome data analysis skills.

Project Name: Establishment of DUS nodal Centre at IIHR for Jasmine Floricultural Crop.

Young Professional-II :

Post Graduation in Botany/Horticulture/ Plant Breeding.

Knowledge of computers.
