Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, voice process, rotational weekly off, work from the office environment and candidate should have completed double vaccination completed.

Job Description::
Graduation with 15-year full-time education is mandatory, candidate need to have degree completion certificates with complete mark sheets. No undergraduates.
Excellent communication skills CEFR:: B1, C1, C2.
Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams, BSOD, BitLocker, driver installation, Printer and wifi trouble shooting.
Experience with Service now, Remedy, Control M, or similar ticketing tools with knowledge of 0ticket priority, and severity.
Knowledge of Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate the difference between Service Requests and Incidents.
Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
Talents should be based out of Bangalore or Pune.
Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH.
24*7 Shifts is mandatory.
