Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a training needs analysis with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Design and build thorough storyboards to provide interesting learning activities and intriguing course content.
- Review process documents/SOPs and offer feedback and suggestions to the authors to ensure that all vital and relevant information is included and explained clearly.
- As needed, create instructor-led classes, online programs, web-based learning aids or goods, and other programs.
- Case studies, audio/video components, role plays, activities/workshops, projects, evaluation methods, and other novel teaching strategies and technologies can be used to develop soft skills material.
- Create and administer quizzes depending on the information you've gathered.
Required Skills:
- Expertise designing/developing e-learning courses Experience working with an LMS and course development software Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in course design for instructor-led, blended, or online training
- Storyboarding, Assessments, and other instructional design ideas are familiar.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities Strong knowledge and experience in training requirements analysis, adult learning/training principles, and instructional design principles
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities in English and Hindi
- Ability to work as part of a team and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated and capable of working without constant monitoring
