BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree or certification in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
* 5+ years experience onsite new hire training leadership role
* Full proficiency in MS Office
* Knowledge of Psychometric testing
* Experience in Business and Leadership Coaching
* Fluency in local language and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s degree in related discipline: Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education
* Expert facilitation skills
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
* Proficiency with MS Excel, Tableau, and/or similar analytical platforms
* Data skills and the ability to understand how learning activities and responsibilities contribute to site performance
* The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes, and priorities
* Experience in a technical training role; and experience using the Training Needs Analysis process
* Assess performance gaps, analyze learning needs, design and develop customer-centric solutions, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
* Change management and process improvement activities, design scalable solutions, and implement these at pace and at scale
* Knowledge of instructional design principles and have created, edited, and administered training content and programs
* Experience as an HR or L&D Business partner for an Operations focused organization
* Ability to influence leaders at all levels to understand their role in employee development and help build their skills.
