Responsibilities:
- Recognize the project's scope.
- Provide project methodology inputs to senior stakeholders (Project Manager / Architects, etc.) based on a study of the project type.
- Consolidate developer inputs and provide collective inputs on activities/tasks, task-level estimates, schedule, dependencies, risks, and so on.
- Consolidate developer inputs and provide collective inputs to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software requirements, and so on.
- Analyze in detail the resources needed for each phase, estimate the time necessary for different resources and activities, produce a resource and development plan or offer recommendations, and review with the PM.
- Participate in a training session
