Educational Qualification:
Junior Consultant:
Possess at least two years of full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:
Master’s in Hospital Administration
Master’s in Public Health
Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management
1 year post-qualification experience.
At least one year experience in the preparation of documents for audit against recognized Quality systems such as ISO 9001, NQAS, NABH, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected roles of the incumbent are summarised below –
Coordinate for the conduct of national-level assessments under NQAS.
Analyze the surveillance & re-certification process.
Development of Resource Material as per the certification unit processes.
Support in ISQua accreditation of the Certification Unit.
Any other task, as per need of the Certification Unit- QPS Division.
Contract Tenure: Up to Three months, further extendable subject to the performance of the candidate and the requirement of the division
Age Limit(As on 05 September 2023): 30 Years
Salary: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-

Selection Process:
The selection process includes an Interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
The candidates may be subjected to written tests and presentations to judge their writing skills and language proficiency
