Selection Process of NIRT Recruitment:
The selection process will be a computer-based test only.
The computer-based test will be of MCQ type with a total of 100 questions as given below:
Technical Assistant:
General English- 10
General Knowledge/Current Affairs- 10
Aptitude / Logical Reasoning -20
Subject Matter -60
Laboratory Attendant:
General Knowledge -20
Numerical Aptitude -20
General English- 20
Logical Reasoning -20
Subject Matter- 20
Questions from the subject matter will be of a level commensurate with the essential qualification.
The total duration of the computer-based test will be 90 minutes and the total marks will be 100.
Correct answers will be given a positive mark of 1 and wrong answers will be given a negative mark of 0.25.
Candidates will be selected based on their merit in the computer-based test as per DoPT guidelines and subject to fulfilling all other eligibility criteria.
Application Fee:
Application fee (non–non-refundable) of Rs. 300/- (Three hundred only) plus transaction charges as applicable is required.
SC/ST, Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Ex-Servicemen, and Women candidates are exempted from the application fee.
