BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally and cross-regions.
• Must have trust and safety regulatory compliance experience
• Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy.
• Proven problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience and strong interest in Operations, content compliance, and accuracy.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking; Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
• Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with digital video streaming
