Required Skills:
- n MSSQL Database Admin-L2, MSSQL Database Admin-L3, MSSQL Database Admin-L (Mandatory)
- You should be able to do system administration, incident/problem determination, and resolution 24 hours a day, seven days a week as an Administrator. Management of incidents, problems, changes, and configurations, as well as service incidents and questions that fall within agreed-upon service standards.
- Complete Service Requests in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. As part of Change Management, work on scheduled tasks.
- Should be competent to address problems on their own and suggest/implement solutions to improve services.
