BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of relevant experience in managing programs and projects that require business and cross functional interactions
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
MBA
Customer-centric orientation as evidenced by the quality and efficacy of products, services, and support delivered.
A creative problem solver who proactively seeks out system or process enhancements in support of his/her customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical aptitude, including the ability to mine and analyze large, complex data sets
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience utilizing SQL, and Microsoft Excel and dealing with large sets of data
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Proven working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques is a plus
MBA from a tier I/II institute
Deep hands-on technical expertise
