Key job responsibilities:
Provide / Develop technical solutions and help reduce operational issues related to software and hardware.
Work on operations and maintenance oriented coding projects with the potential for Java based projects.
Automate manual workflows to improve productivity of and act as a lead/subject matter expert for the team.
Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
They will set up a process and drive its adoption by influencing team members. They have strong project and stakeholder management skills.
They will be making right tradeoffs during conflicts of project schedule. They work closely with business stakeholders, program management teams and keeps them updated on project status.
They will be the escalation point of contact for the configurations owned by the team in absence of the manager. They participate in recruiting efforts and mentor Level 4 engineers on day-to-day code and configurational changes.
