BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Applicants must be bilingual with English as a must.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to problem identification and solving.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
• Experience in Excel or any other reporting tool.
• A graduate with 2-3 yr. of experience in quality/customer-facing processes.
• Strong communication skills, ability to speak in front of a group of people.
• Possess good analytical skills - detail-oriented.
• Use of Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ensure continuous improvement of learning methods.
• Planning and Organizing Skills.
• In "Good Standing", and should not be on Performance Improvement Plan.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ years of experience in a Quality or Analyst role. • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Trained or Certified.
• Experience with SQL and Amazon internal reporting systems.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the KYC process and related RBI regulations is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong and effective communication and public speaking skills, as well as composure under pressure and professional attitude.
