- Six or more years of database design or maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and software installation/upgrade procedures
- Working knowledge of database and system maintenance procedures
- Working knowledge of database creation techniques and database management system (DBMS) features Working knowledge of database performance tuning
