Required Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a technical subject connected to computers is required.
- 2+ years of experience leading a software engineering team.
- Professional programming experience in C/C++/C# or Java for at least 5 years.
- Multi-threaded programming experience is a plus.
- Strong testing, debugging, and analytical abilities, as well as a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to scale up troubleshooting/debugging and resolving complicated production service issues.
- Capable of planning, scheduling, and delivering high-quality software.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Building and directing a team of 5+ software developers responsible for the Storage Control Plane's development.
- Participating in the development and deployment of the next generation of storage technology.
- Mentoring team members on technical and professional development.
- Conducting live-site operations and responding to events caused by customers and employees.
