Job Description
• ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party applications using SOAP, REST web services
• Experience with the Service Portal along with the development of the widgets
• Good development experience on different modules (HRSD, PPM, Custom Application & ITSM) of ServiceNow
• Experience in implementation and enhancement of modules like Event Trigger, Email notifications, Email Templates, Dictionary Overrides, Reference Qualifiers, Database Views, Dictionary Attributes, and Views
• Programming experience with server-side and client-side APIs (Glide Ajax, Glide Form, Glide System, Glide User, Glide Record)
• Should have working knowledge in the creation/updating of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Glide Ajax, Script Includes, JavaScript, JSON, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Access Control Lists
• Worked on the creation of Workflows from scratch and customizing the existing Workflows and workflow activities based on the customer requirements
• Experience in the creation of Catalog items & Record producers, Inbound actions, Custom reports, and scheduling the same
• Experience in Import Sets, data sources, Transform maps for data loads, and management
• Creation and scheduling of custom reports, designing the dashboard
• Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
Good to have: ServiceNow Certified System Administration
