BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
2+ years of marketing experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of work experience in Consumer Marketing/Social Media Marketing, including strategy and planning
Exceptional persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Very high degree of fluency in English
Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners/talent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
8+ years of experience managing and executing large-scale paid social and digital media channel programs for a consumer brand
Keen interest in fashion and being updated on latest trends and who's who in the fashion world
5+ years of managerial experience, including hiring, developing, and motivating a social media and content team to perform at the highest level.
Track record of executing social media strategies that connected with audiences, grew communities, and delivered on KPIs.
Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams.
Experience of engaging with influencers/bloggers and driving meaningful, large-scale campaigns with them
