BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years of experience in product management , product marketing and technology .

· Experience with end-2-end product delivery in customer facing products with proven adoption.

· Experience in defining customer insight , data driven product vision, roadmap , write BRDs, user stories , technical design reviews and executing in a high expectation environment.

· Working directly with technology to build exceptional products. Anticipating bottlenecks, independently drive tradeoffs decisions balancing business needs vs technical or operational constraints.

· Ability to Earn Trust , Influence without authority to align and deliver through stakeholders at multiple levels , local/global , functions- tech, UX, Marketing , Legal , Finance , Machine Learnings, Data sciences, Amazon wide business teams.

· Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

· Excellent writing skills to own product strategy and vision documents, contribute to annual planning documents.

· Own reporting to leadership through launch announcements, monthly updates, status updates.

· Develop the long-term strategy for your portfolio, aligning it to the goals of the organisation and translate them into an achievable multi – year roadmap.

· Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Concrete experience leading complex digital products applications through multiple lifecycles.

· Experience in customer insight deep dives, building product visions and roadmap, defining product requirements, contributing to technical design review and delivering product launches.

· Working directly with technology teams (IN or global) to build exceptional products. Anticipating bottlenecks, independently drive tradeoffs decisions balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
