Team Centre Engineering (TCE)/PLM

Engineering knowledge of defined component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements.

Excellent communications skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels.

PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

Area of Responsibility: This position is responsible for the creation of CATIA CAD geometry and Drawings in support of various chassis projects.

You will have responsibility for:

Very highly skilled to Carry out 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and assembly in Catia-V5 (Module – Surfacing, assembly, drafting, kinematics, DMU, etc.)

Good knowledge of GD&T.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes like casting, forging, and sheet metal.

DMU management, integrating vehicle systems & project coordination with various teams.

Conceptualized & detailed design, and benchmarking of the chassis frame, suspension, brake, and steering systems to meet cost, weight & functional targets.

Reviewing existing benchmarking data and obtaining new data as required.

Responsible for CAD sign-off, BOM creation/ management, and requirement compliance.

Conduct/ participate in regular design reviews and escalate issues requiring help to management.

Verification of the detailed designs for prototype building.

Utilizes technical skills and design experience to plan, organize and lead.

Coordinate design activities.

Ensure quality of the CAD design, drawings & speed of delivery.

Workout modularisation & standardization proposals.

Technical documentation & design change analysis.

Graduate Engineer Trainee (E&TC):

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E/B.Tech- E&TC/Electronics.

60% throughout academics with no backlog.

Only 1-year preparation gap is allowed.

Role description:

At least a bachelor’s degree in Electronics / E&TC engineering.

Knowledge of creating block diagrams of a given system

Knowledge of writing high-level pseudo code for a given design and creating flowcharts of the intended design

Knowledge and proficiency in Interfacing I2C, SPI, RS232, Mux, Demux, MOSFETs, Relays, Drivers such as ULN2003, Interfaces, IP Protocols, and Hardware subsystems.

Knowledge of working of Motor (AC, DC, BLDC, etc)

Knowledge of Embedded C (Not Embedded Linux C). Should have coding experience for at least 2 applications/use cases.

Knowledge of RTOS.
