Job Description :
Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:
- Review the team's performance dashboard and scores
- Provide technical assistance and process coaching to the team in order to help them improve their performance parameters.
- All queries received, problem-solving steps done, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions should be recorded, tracked, and documented.
- To resolve any client inquiries, ensure that proper protocols and procedures are followed.
- Respond to client inquiries in accordance with the contract's SLAs.
- Develop team members' understanding of the process/product in order to improve client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Document and analyse call logs to identify common patterns and avoid future issues.
- In cases of late resolution, identify red flags and escalate major customer complaints to the Teamleader.
- Before and after the call/email requests, ensure that all product information and disclosures are delivered to clients.
- Avoids legal issues by ensuring that service agreements are followed.
