Roles & Responsibilities:
- Determine who the product's stakeholders are.
- Determine the use cases
- Determine the product/functionality service's (Scope).
- Determine the product/success service's criterion.
- Take into account the product's and system's security features.
- Create and build a system architectural framework that includes all solution components.
- Create a functional specification document based on the product/service specifications.
- Make a list of the features that are necessary.
- Make a Request for Change.
- To the CR, add the features and user stories.
- Set up a requirement collection meeting with the development team and the development project manager.
- Talk about the user experience.
- Make a list of the needs and rank them in order of importance.
- Starting with the MVP, phase out the product's delivery roadmap.
- Set a GA date for each CR and assign GA owners to it.
